WORLD SERIES of POKER $13k PACKAGE
World Series of Poker, Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas - USA

Terms and Conditions:
  1. At any Level (satellite or online final), any player can buy in for cash + fee.
  2. Any player can only win one entry into any of the online Weekly or Fortnightly finals.
  3. Prima Poker's package will include: $10k cash for use as tournament entry and $3k cash contribution towards expenses.
  4. No cash awards will be made from Satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final, the prize for which is a $13k Package to each of the winners. This money will be paid into players online poker account within 48hrs of tournament completion. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by Prima Poker whose decision shall be final.
  5. Sit & Go feeders when used in the tournament structure, will be multi-level where winnings at any level are taken in the form of tokens which are non-cashable. Unused player tokens at the end of the tournament are non-cashable.
  6. It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance.
  7. By entering the WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA Online Final or Satellites players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
  8. By entering the WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA Online Final or Satellites, players agree that, should they win a Package, they will wear Operator apparel (hats and/or TShirts) provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of Prima Poker management.
  9. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of Prima Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
  10. Winners of a package at the WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA Online Satellites and/or Final tournament can not sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such package to another person.
  11. As in all tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated.
  12. All satellite games shall be Single or Multi-Table, NL Hold’em, following standard Prima Poker rules.
  13. The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes for each tournament.
  14. Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA. Online Final and/or Satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of Prima Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
  15. Prima Poker management reserves the right to deny entry to WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA Online Final and Satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
