Direct Cash Withdrawal

• Use Direct Cash to receive funds from your wagering account from one of the many Direct Cash outlets.
• Minimum payout is $300.
• Maximum payout is $1,000 per 7 days.
• Payouts are sent daily – Monday through Saturday.
• Requests must be made by 9:00 AM EST .
• Requests made after 9:00 AM EST will be submitted the following day.
• Delivery Time: between 24 and 48 hours.
• USD $45 or 8% charged to member.

Please contact the Payouts team for your sender details and reference number prior to collecting the funds. Funds will be sent to the Name, City and State that we have on file. We cannot change sender details once a payout has been requested, please ensure your account details on file are correct prior to requesting a payout.
